Brother Marcus opens third restaurant in Borough Yards
Brother Marcus, the popular London restaurant group, has opened its third restaurant in Borough Yards. The new restaurant is located at 1 Dirty Lane, London SE1 9PA and is now open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu features a variety of modern European dishes, including grilled meats, seafood, and vegetarian options. The restaurant also has a full bar and a private dining room.
Brother Marcus is a family-run restaurant group that was founded in 2012. The group's other restaurants are located in Covent Garden and Soho. The Borough Yards restaurant is the group's first restaurant on the South Bank.
The new restaurant has been designed by Michaelis Boyd, the award-winning design studio that has also worked on projects for The Ivy and NOPI. The restaurant has a modern and industrial feel, with exposed brick walls, concrete floors, and large windows.
The menu at Brother Marcus Borough features a variety of modern European dishes, including grilled meats, seafood, and vegetarian options. The menu changes seasonally, but some of the signature dishes include the grilled octopus with chorizo and paprika vinaigrette, the roasted chicken with garlic and thyme, and the vegetarian moussaka.
The restaurant also has a full bar and a private dining room. The bar serves a variety of cocktails, wines, and beers. The private dining room can accommodate up to 12 guests and is perfect for special occasions.
